2003 Gordon Head Garden Club
50th anniversary.
She had been a member since the 1970s and edited Home Grown Cuisine on her typewriter with Anne Wrenshall.
Goward House Exercise class.
She was a former board member and really enjoyed the exercise classes with Shirley. "Oh, look at Florence," she would say as she could bend into any shape.
Victoria Quilters Guild.
She was an avid quilter
and liked to re-purpose other material into quilts in the traditional way. "Make do with what you have!"
